 The company brief introduction |
Established on September 28th,2005, Gaoyao
Hongtai Precise Diecasting Co., Ltd is an joint venture
enterprise. Located in South Bank 2nd Development District,
Gaoyao, it is separated from famous tourism city Zhaoqing
by West River. Logistics transportation of the company
is benefited of its geographical location, Pu Zhutang
Hill back on, 324 National Highway, Sanmao Railway in
front, only one kilometer distance to Guangyun Highway.
The company occupies more than 80,000 square meters
in plan. With 10,000 square meters floor in the first
developed area, we have invested more than RMB 60million.
The company is specialized in manufacturing large size
Al alloy die castings including escalator and automobile
parts, equipped grand imported DCC3000, DCC2500, DCC1600
die casting machines with automatic equipment to establish
advanced large size die casting production unit. We estimated
that annual year sales turnover would amount to more than
RMB100 million after formal production The short term
target is to be the biggest, the most professional escalator
steps production factory with a promised future.
At present, the company has finished the construction
of the workshop and entered into installing & debugging
stage. We plan to invest one set die-casting on March,
April and May respectively. The company will be operated
on June,2006 and 2006 year sales volume will amount to
RMB70 million with ISO14000 quality management system
being admitted.
The company business tenet is to meet the customer requirement
in accordance with QCD(high quality, reasonable cost and
