| Guangdong Hongtu Technology (holdings)
Co., Ltd (hereinafter called “GHT”) is located in Zhaoqing
City which is a picturesque destination. It was set up
in December, 2000 with the approval of Guangdong provincial
government. On the basis of the former Gaoyao Modern Metal
Industry Co., Ltd, the company was jointly founded by
Guangdong Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd, Guangdong
Machinery Corp. and Gaoyao National Property Management
Co., Ltd as its sponsor. This company owns a sole provincial
R & D center for precise die-casting engineering in
Guangdong Province. It is also a high-tech enterprise
in Guangdong province and a Torch Program (for developing
new/high tech industries) enterprise awarded by China
Ministry of Science and Technology. As a biggest precise
aluminum alloy die-casting enterprise in south China,
GHT has a few of prominent customers home and abroad such
as, in telecommunication industry, Ericsson, Nortel Networks
(Guangdong), Zhongxing and Huawei from China; in automobile
industry, Toyota Auto, Dongfeng Honda Engine Co., Dongfeng
Passenger Auto Co. , Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co.; in escalator
industry, Guangzhou Otis Elevator Co., KONE Elevators
Co., Ltd., Shenyang Toshiba Elevator Co., Ltd.; in machinery
industry, Fujian Hitachi Machinery Co., Ltd. |
