Section sevent: The member of this association are consist of unit member and individual member.The unit and individual in the Gaoyao city engage the die-casting and compound industry, and they must get business administration licence, admit the association charter, they have the right to apply enter the association.

Ⅰ The term of withdraw:Individual member must submit the written report with self-signature;Corporate member must submit the written report with corporation signature a month in advance. The member certificate will be returned to the member when their reports are validated by the association council.
Ⅱ The member will be released the certificate if the associator bankruptcy with arbitrament or shutout by themselves, or offend criminal law.
Ⅲ The member will be as automatic withdraw and take over the certificate if they have any extremely reason and do not perform associator obligation continuously two years and free from devise any explain.

Section 22 The chairman,vice-chairman and secretary-general must be provided with the followed qualification:

Ⅲ The high age of chairman,vice-chairman and secretary-general will lower 70 years;

Section 23 If the oldest age of chairman,vice-chairman and secretary-general exceed the stipulated age,They should voted by council and cannot swear in until appoved by the Municipal Bureau of middle and small enterprises and the civil administration.
Section 24 The term of chairman,vice-chairman and secretary-general is four years. Prefecture of chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general can not exceed tow terms.If the term is required being extended in some special conditions, it will be passed by only when more than 2/3 members agree in the members represenvative meeting. Before taking a post, they must be aprroved by Civil Administration Bureau with the auditting of Civil Middle and Small Enterprises Bureau.
Section 25 The legal representation is the association chairman;
In case the vice-chairman and secretary-general should occuoy legal representation under the special circumstance,after the council (or administrative council) has submitted their desicion to Civil Middle and Small Enterprises Bureau for auditting and Civil Administration Bureau has approved, they will take a post.
Section 26 The right of association chairman;
Ⅰ Have the right to gather and preside council meeting (or constant council);
